2-Day Training on “Designing a High Performing Culture”

(Strategies and Best Practices for Utilizing your Best Assets-Your People)

How can managers create a culture of high performance in their organizations? If you are looking for strategies and best practices on how to Design a High Performing Culture in your organization, this 2-day training is for you! Attend our training on 5th – 6th April 2016, at Sheraton Hotel, to get new ideas on how to manage, motivate and empower your employees.

 About the training

The key reason why companies employ people is to get the job done that is to perform a given task. Yet, many companies do not measure the performance of their employees at all or they assess it but do not make use of appropriate methods at the right frequency. In other words, it looks like organizations are watching a football match with no idea what is the score or the score does not mean anything to anyone.

This practical and interactive 2-day training gives you the know-how and the tools you need to design a high performing culture which starts with designing the correct employee performance management system and using the performance as the basis to manage, reward and develop your employees.

By the end of this training you will learn how to:

  • Design an employee performance management policy framework that enables high performing culture.
  • List major methodologies used in evaluating and measuring the employee performance and select appropriate methodologies for your organization.
  • Establish key organizational measures related to employee performance that forms the performance standards of the organization.
  • Link the employee performance with all aspects of managing employees in the organization such as reward and recognition, learning and development, talent management and employee termination.
  • Align employee performance with organizational performance by establishing targets and narrowing the gap continuously.
  • Build resilient and high performance organization culture by knowing the transformation process to get you there.
