Monika is an entrepreneur, with over 20 years consulting experience in the Balkans. She started pursuing entrepreneurial opportunities since 1996; has founded two successful companies and two NGO-s.
Monika is the founder and Managing Partner of Dynamics Partners, a management consulting firm operating since 2005 in Albania and Kosovo. After a very successful track record as a leading locally owned consulting firm, her company was selected as franchise partner of AIMS International, a global talent acquisition and management group with over 80 offices worldwide.
Prior to establishing her own business Monika worked as Partner of an international consulting firm, by EBRD as Senior Investment Officer, for Albanian ministries and as industrial engineer in her early career.
She has served to a vast international client pipeline, with over 400 successful recruitments at top management and C-Level, and has been supporting many SME-s growing. Monika has gained knowledge and insight on various industry value chains as well as a reputable network among professionals and businesses.
She is founder and an active Board Member of Albanian Consultant Network, contributing to the development of consultant profession standards. Since 2009, Monika is Key Founder and Board Chairwoman of Corporate Governance Institute of Albania, member of ecoDa, European Confederation of Directors’ Associations. As an IFC certified Trainer on Board Services, she is engaged in board directors capacity building, and has served in Supervisory Boards as well.
Monika holds a Diploma with awards in Engineering, a MSc in Economics from Tirana University as well as a Degree in Consulting Management by WAA, Kiel in Germany.
Monika is keen to support startups and together with likely inspired individuals has recently established Women in Governance and Sustainability Network supporting female startups to grow. She lives in Tirana and has two sons.
